Random question... I came across your GT3 video where you said you saved your pennies all summer to drive it. Does CCCManhattan have some sort of rental option in addition to membership?

I normally hate non original wheels on 911’s but those look fantastic. What model year was it? Also, how hairy was it given the cold temps were having? I wouldn't want to be driving mine in this weather.

Figurative pennies. I sparingly used my points all summer, points are the car-access currency at CCC.

Dang, I wanted some seat time haha. I’ve driven a 991 GT3 but am still waiting for the chance to drive a GT4.

1990 C2 I believe. It was actually in the mid-sixties during the day so there was very little hairiness. I wouldn’t have taken it out in much cooler weather. What’ve you got?

Well here’s the thing, I drove the GT4 when it was still on break-in miles, so no revving over 4500 rpm and it was only for a morning of shooting photos. I had the GT3 for a full day and a half, which was amazing. Basically I need to get the GT4 out again, might be too cold now though.

‘86 Carrera 3.2. It’s not on the road though as it’s currently undergoing restoration.

Fantastic. I'm working on a full vid of the 964 with some POV driving footage, will be sure to post here when it's complete.
